EPSA Staff

As president, Shelk is responsible for the overall management of the association, including programs in the areas of legislative affairs, regulatory policy development and public affairs. Shelk also serves as a member of the association's executive committee.

Bagot is responsible for federal regulatory policy development, including coordination of national regulatory policy with legislative and state efforts to support the continued development of competitive wholesale electricity markets.

Dan Dolan is responsible for coordinating research, reports, studies and analysis as well as managing state regulatory and legislative initiatives for EPSA.

Magnuson directs a comprehensive communications program designed to educate legislators, regulators, consumers, interest groups, the media and opinion leaders about the benefits of competition for all electricity customers, the economy and the environment. She also oversees media relations activities and develops printed and online materials to help convey EPSA’s messages.
